Lets Face It, connects our caretakers that are caring for children of an incarcerated parent, to become call center agents to Fortune 500 companies that offer a wide range of customer support job opportunities, on the Arise Platform. Positions include providing customer service, tech support and inbound sales, via email, phone and chat. Ex-felons are also connected to companies that provide felon friendly job opportunies.

We utilize coaching to help you if you have spent any portion of your life behind bars and are now preparing to be released, or if you have already been released and are looking to move forward. We’ll address your coaching needs. We're here to provide the finest personal life coaching experience to each and every client we serve. You will learn to use a proven, results-driven life coaching system that is powerful in helping you achieve measurable results.

For formerly incarcerated ex-felons and their families, access to safe, secure, and affordable housing is critical, but they face significant barriers to finding a home because of their criminal history. Even those who were arrested but not convicted often are barred from housing based on the past arrest. We're here to change that!
