Our team got together and decided it was time for even more growth. Everyone entered ideas for moving forward. One of the great ideas to stem from it was renovating properties to benefit others. And so the story begins...

Dear Prospective Tenant,

Thank you for your interest in our rental property. We appreciate you taking the time to apply.

We understand that the rental process can be stressful, and we want to assure you that we will keep you informed throughout the process. Please click on the button below to pay your non-refundable $25 room rental application fee. If your application is approved you will be sent a link to schedule a tour. Once we have reviewed all applications that day, we will notify you of our decision.
