AS A PARKING LOT STAFF MEMBER
We operate a downtown Atlanta parking lot committed to providing second chances. Our team includes dedicated ex-offenders employed in a variety of roles, from sales managers, parking lot attendants, security personnel to social media management and other essential positions. We believe in the power of employment to rebuild lives and contribute positively to our community.
For women interested in this field, you can participate in this paid apprenticeship program. Women have been marginalized in the building trades. Rays Repairs is driven by the concepts of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workforce, as such, they believe that by hiring and partnering with other agencies they can help employ and diversify the construction workforce. For this program they do this by refocusing their recruitment and retention efforts on female talent.
By exposing women to paid on-the-job training opportunities, their goal is to equip these women with the technical and practical assets they need to jumpstart a successful career in construction.

LFI Go provides exciting micro-mobility services through our retail storefront and our newly developed mobile e-scooter service unit delivering event packages throughout Georgia. We give dedicated individuals a chance to join our team as E-Scooter Fleet Associates for both in-store operations and our mobile service deployment unit.
Offering hands-on training and work in electric fleet maintenance, software management, customer service, and guided tour coordination.
